Oscar Martín


Winner of Granada’s Manuel de Falla Prize and the First Prize winner of the Juventudes Musicales Chamber Music Competition of Spain, Óscar Martín has performed in important concert halls such as the Konzerthalle in Hamburg, National Auditorium of Music (Madrid), Teatro de la Maestranza (Seville), Mozarteum (Salzburg), Spielhaus Winterthur and Palais de Beaux Arts (Brussels).


Awarded the Isaac Albéniz 2017 Medal, he has performed as a soloist with orchestras such as the Royal Symphony Orchestra of Seville, Malaga City Orchestra, Zahir Ensemble, Simón Bolívar Youth Symphony, Andalusian Youth Orchestra, Oviedo Philharmonic Orchestra.  Óscar Martín has also performed together with conductors Peter Gülke, Pedro Halffter, Manuel Hernández Silva, Josep Vicent, Santiago Serrate, György Ràth, Pablo Mielgo, Juan Luis Pérez and Günter Neuhold.


Óscar Martín has recorded works by Schoenberg and Sánchez Verdú with the Zahir Ensemble for the Naxos and Verso labels. He has also recorded a CD with the works by Manuel Castillo and the Iberia Suite Albéniz for the Lindoro label.
